Though Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has included a lot of rather strange characters, some of which aren’t even Nintendo characters, this leak seems unlikely for a couple of reasons. Fans are understandably skeptical, though there are some that would be thrilled to see it true.

There are a few things about Bigby Wolf that seemingly disqualify him from joining Smash immediately, but everyone thought it was impossible for Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 to join the roster back when he did as well. The first thing which is immediately noticeable is the terrible quality of the video. Not only is the actual image extremely blurry, but the video itself looks like it was captured on a smartphone. Furthermore, for the first second or two, the video has a square aspect ratio before abruptly cutting to a wide aspect ratio. Finally, there’s even a Made With VivaCut watermark on the bottom of the video further proving that it was edited on a smartphone in some capacity.
Moving on from the quality of the leak, there are some problems with Bigby Wolf’s character that many fans were quick to point out in the comments. The first major issue is that Bigby Wolf is originally a comic book character, and the game that many recognize him from is an adaptation of that. All of the characters currently in Smash are explicitly video game characters first, so that would break the mold a bit. Finally, even though there are many that would love to see him included, most people think he is simply too strange of a choice for Smash Bros. Although there are plenty of swords and weapons in the game already, Bigby Wolf takes a more realistic approach to violence.
All that said, nothing can be completely ruled out. It does appear that the video features what looks to be Terry cowering in the corner from Bigby Wolf, and the animation style is clearly different from the The Wolf Among Us style. Though it does seem unlikely, there have been other claims that Bigby Wolf is coming to Smash.
