Drawing on the hype from Super Smash Bros. A section of the Champlain Towers, a condo building located at 8777 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida, collapsed at around 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, killing at least one person. The man was also on the police’s radar before the attack, according to Norway’s domestic security agency, PST, although the organization did not say why.
