Ashland Police officers discovered the leaflets posted near Railroad Avenue at around 6:40 a.m. on Sunday. As well as the Nazi symbol, the fliers also contained the message: “We are everywhere.” There were no other reports of vandalism or criminal behavior, police said in a news release.
